How do Preorders work?

Currently, most of our items are made and offered in a preorder model - each individual item will have their own unique preorder window (i.e. when you can purchase it) and their own unique target (estimated) ship-by date. To receive the item, you must make a purchase of the preorder item within the window and it will come in the mail following its actual production (usually 2-4 weeks after the closing of the preorder). Do you ship international?

Yes, at this time we ship to most of the world - and you are responsible for taxes, tariffs, fees, etc. By having us ship you an order, you take on the responsibilities for all risk and fees related to your package.

My order was delivered to the wrong address or was lost in the mail, can you help? 

Unfortunately, no. We cannot be held responsible for the missteps of a freight carrier once we have passed it into their possession. We would like to eventually offer package insurance to help with these situations in the future. 

Do you offer returns or refunds? 

We are happy to offer a refund on your order in the event of a return - but cannot offer a return unless we are returned an unworn or unused piece of merchandise.
